Our Initiatives

Visionary leaders, Patricia and Patrick Whitfield, owners of Ella B's Restaurant, located in Arlington, Texas, created Ella B's Generous Hands  to fulfill a specific need in the Arlington community.

 

The first initiative is the Thanksgiving Holiday Giveback, benefiting the Arlington Life Shelter. The second initiative is the Christmas Holiday Giveback, benefiting students of AISD students and their families in transitional homes.

Ella B's Tree is an extension of the Christmas Holiday Giveback. Students and their siblings share three wishes for gifts. These wishes are then placed on the Ella B's Tree located at Ella B's Restaurant.  The community is asked to adopt a family from the tree to bless the children with their wishes.
